New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills -2.5

Buffalo vs New England

Before the season started, the Buffalo Bills were looked at as Super Bowl contenders, while the Patriots were ranked below the Dolphins in the AFC East hierarchy. After rolling off six straight victories in convincing fashion, the Pats roll into Orchard Park to take on the Bills Mafia. The major storyline in this game is going to be the weather, as winter looks to be rearing its ugly head for the first time this season. At the very least we are expecting rain and winds, with a worst case scenario of snow storms. Who does this favor? Usually New England, who are used to frigid winters and excel at running the ball. The Bills have little running game to speak of, utilizing journeyman Matt Breida over Devin Singletary and Zack Moss who has been a healthy scratch as of late. Josh Allen started the season on fire, but has come back down to Earth recently, quieting mention of his name in the MVP discussion. This game is for first place in the AFC East, and is the first of two meetings between these two teams in the regular season. If you still believe in the talent, this is an excellent spot to buy low on Buffalo at less than a field goal at home at most online sportsbooks. Go with the experienced quarterback at home who is used to the winters in Buffalo. I am laying the points with the Bills here as Buffalo puts an end to the Patriots’ winning streak.
